He founded Sweden’s first Employer Branding agency in 2001 and has helped a wide range of companies, public authorities and global organizations attract, develop, and engage the right talent, both in Sweden and internationally.

Linus has a long history of advising C-level executives, is a frequently booked keynote speaker and regularly contributes to research, public debate, and knowledge development within the People domain. He holds a degree in Business and Economics from Stockholm University.
