Erik has more than two decades worth of experience building and growing companies, working with strategic workforce and talent planning as well as business- and organizational development. He founded his first company in 2006 and has since then founded and led several consulting firms, helping hundreds of Swedish and international clients succeed in building the organizational capabilities they need.
Erik is a seasoned strategist who enjoys taking on challenges and has extensive experience tackling complex problems as a CEO, consultant, project manager, and mentor. He has studied HR and theoretical philosophy at Stockholm University.
